Sales and Marketing Guest Speaker: Ms. Suzan Jennings

Suzan has worked in the Canadian travel and tourism sector for more than 20 years, including a tenure with a commuter airline and 15 years in the Vancouver hotel industry.

She was with the Crowne Plaza Hotel Georgia sales and marketing team; and with the Metropolitan Hotels, she was the Regional Sales Manager. She is currently the Senior Sales Manager at the Vancouver Island Conference Centre.

Suzan is also involved with the following organizations:

• Director Member Care, at the British Columbia Chapter of Meeting Professionals International.

• Active member of Canadian Alliance of Business Travel CAoBT, including serving as co-chair of its Allied Associate Committee. Suzan is the national manager of business development at CAoBT, with the primary responsibility of continuing the organization's membership growth.

Suzan will speak to the class on Thursday at 3:30pm.
