Roman Chernykh graduated from the Executive Diploma Program in 2010, shortly since graduation, he was recruited as the Lodge Manager at Jewel of the North in Saskatchewan.

He was kind enough to recently update us, that he has been promoted to the General Manager of a new property opened by Motel 6 in Moosomin, Saskatchewan on July 7, 2012.

The opening went so well that they sold out of all their hotel rooms at very good RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room).

Roman is delighted to announce that he and his family have received Permanent Resident Status and can now proudly call Canada home.

Roman sent a message specifically for the current students at IHMC:

“IHMC will provide you with all that you need to succeed. Canada is a wonderful country with a wide array of opportunities in the Hospitality Field, and there is a large demand for professionals like you. I would also like to say thank you to IHMC for helping me make my dreams a reality. I wish to each and everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.”
