Annie Féolde was the first female chef of a restaurant which was ever award a 3-star rating by the Michelin guideEnoteca Pichiorri is one of the top restaurants in Italy.

As one can see, high-end dinner menus are often paired with wine.  In this case, there are two sets of wine-pairing prepared at different price points.

As fall is the truffle season and expensive ingredient is used extensively in one of the dishes, in the last picture, the hotel chef de cuisine, Vittorio Lucariello was holding the truffle showing it off.
