Presentation Centre:
1090 West Georgia Street at Thurlow
Limited availability to students and alumni, an opportunity to learn about the residential project attached to the Ritz-Carlton Vancouver to be opened in 2011. This will be the second Ritz-Carlton property in Canada, the first one being Ritz-Carlton Toronto opening in 2009.
The architect behind the project is the most famous Canadian living architect, Arthur Erickson, whose numerous works include the Simon Fraser University, Robson Square, Museum of Anthropology at UBC, BC Provincial Law Courts, Vancouver Art Gallery, Roy Thomson Hall in Toronto, Canadian Embassy in Washington DC, to name a few.
Please contact student services at studentservices@ihmc.ca if you're interested in attending.
We'll be posting a series of videos to showcase how real estate developers often combine condominium projects next to 5-star hotels. In Vancouver downtown, we have the Private Residences at Hotel Georgia, the Living Shangri-la, and of course, the Residences at the Ritz-Carlton. Please see below similar projects with St. Regis Hotels & Resorts, W Hotels, etc., in different parts of the world.
