Please note that the review class will be held at one of the newest restaurant in town, Boneta.

Students will have the opportunity to speak with the three restaurateurs, Neil Ingram, Mark Brand, and Andre McGillivray (they all used to work at Rob Feenie's ex-restaurant, Lumière).

Questions should be submitted to Tia in writing no later than Tuesday, November 13.

The location of Boneta is 1 West Cordova Street, Vancouver BC.

Magnum 1.5 lters or two times the standard bottle size Double Magnum 3.0 liters or twice the size of a magnum, equivalent of 4 bottles. Student Reminder of Professional Practices * No visible facial piercing.
