Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver new restaurant

YEW restaurant + bar

Named for the indigenous Pacific tree, YEW restaurant + bar at Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver is a new showcase for West Coast design and cuisine. The restaurant's interior captures British Columbia's natural beauty with abundant use of glass, lustrous woods and natural rock. YEW's menu uses ingredients from the entire Pacific region. Highlights include a contemporary raw bar, a panini bar, a skylit private dining room for eight and two open kitchens.

The wine list of YEW will be studied at the Wine Rating Research Certificate course this month.
