Thank you so much for setting that practicum up for me at DB bistro/Lumiere.

I LOVE IT! I have been working in the kitchen and it is awesome to see all the things they do back there.

They really put a lot of effort and detail into EVERYTHING. I start next week in the front of the house and I can't wait.
