2:00 PM - Arrive at Calhoun's
2:00 PM-2:30 PM - Introduction and explanation of the day's rundown
2:30 PM - Julien (the Catering manager) will drop them off at the event location (UBC Anthropology museum)
3:00 PM-4:15PM - Help set up tables, linens, and cocktail tables. All the table rentals, etc, will be delivered by the rental company, and Julien will have a blueprint of the area and placement of tables, etc, available for them. The food and beverages will arrive from Calhoun's at around 4:15, and everyone will be on site to finish setting up our stations.
6:00 PM - Reception begins
10:00 PM - Julien or myself will drive the students back to Calhoun's

May 15
1:30 PM - Arrive at Calhoun's
2:15 PM - Julien will drive them to UBC to help with setting up, etc.
6:00 PM - Dinner begins
9:30 PM - Julien or myself will drive the students back to Calhoun's
