Congratulations to Mercedes Abdo, Class of 2008 who visited us yesterday with Grace Sham, Class of 2008 (who is with Calhoun's Bakery Café as the assistant catering manager), informing everybody that she accepted an employment offer from the Wedgewood Hotel & Spa and is now working at the Bacchus Restaurant and Lounge.
The Wedgewood Hotel & Spa is a Relais & Châteaux member hotel; Courtney C. Davis, Class of 2006 is also working at another Relais & Châteaux property, at the Wickaninnish Inn in Tofino, as a reservation supervisor in the past 3 years.
